  • All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the goods are out of stock or fraud is suspected;
  • All prices are in GBP (£), including VAT;

3. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out in the UK and EU countries;
  • Delivery times and costs depend on the region and method of delivery;
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Cancellation and returns

Refund Policy

  1. Applicability

This policy applies to all UK and EU customers, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. Conditions:

  • The goods have not been used;
  • The original packaging and components are preserved;
  • The goods are not included in the list of non-returnable (e.g. personalized, electrical parts after installation).

  • Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.

4. Return Costs

  • If the item is returned due to a change of heart, the shipping costs are paid by the customer;
  • In the event of a defect, error or damage, the shipping and exchange costs are paid by SpareForge.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned item;
  • Refunds are made using the same method of payment;
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

6. Exceptions

Returns are not possible for:

  • Electrical components after opening/installation;
  • Custom-made or personalised items;
  • Items that violate hygiene or sanitary standards after opening the package.
